Nineteenth, [Charging and Recharge Services]

1.1 You understand and agree that AIWENZHE Company has the right to provide this service for free or charge a fee. The recharge amount collected for this service is a general payment channel or billing method provided by AIWENZHE Company to collect fees for value-added internet services to end-users. This recharge amount cannot be used for any products or services other than this service. AIWENZHE will not refund any amount that has been consumed after the recharge. If a user requests a refund for the unredeemed recharge amount in their account, they can contact customer service and provide relevant supporting documents. AIWENZHE will review the refund request. If approved, AIWENZHE will refund the corresponding recharge amount to the user through the originally selected payment method, deducting the corresponding handling fee.

1.2 You understand and agree that AIWENZHE has the right to independently decide and revise the relevant charging standards and rules. Once published, these standards and rules become effective and form an integral part of this agreement. AIWENZHE may modify and change the charging standards and methods of the charging services according to actual needs, and may also start charging for some previously free services. Prior to the aforementioned modifications, changes, or the start of charging, AIWENZHE will notify or announce them on the corresponding service pages. If you do not agree with the aforementioned standards, rules, or their revisions, you have the right to stop using this service.

1.3 You understand and agree that AIWENZHE provides a paid reading service with a limited validity period. The service period starts from the day the user pays to subscribe to the charged chapters and lasts for one month. Additionally, after the service period expires, AIWENZHE will make every effort to extend the reading period for you free of charge so that you can continue reading the charged chapters you have purchased. However, please be aware and understand that AIWENZHE will not be responsible if the paid novel becomes unavailable for normal reading after the aforementioned service period due to copyright disputes, issues with the author or work (such as violating laws, regulations, policies, industry rules, involving copyright disputes, or violating public order and good customs), or other reasons.

1.4 Some of AIWENZHE's services are provided on a paid basis. If you use paid services, please comply with the relevant agreements. AIWENZHE will provide prompts on the relevant pages, and if you refuse to pay the corresponding fees, you will not be able to use the related online services.

1.5 AIWENZHE has the right to determine the tariff standards and charging methods for the services provided. AIWENZHE may establish different tariff standards and charging methods for different services or different stages of the services provided.

1.6 AIWENZHE may modify and change the charging standards and methods of the charging services according to actual needs. AIWENZHE may also start charging for previously free services. Prior to the aforementioned modifications, changes, or the start of charging, AIWENZHE will notify or announce them on the corresponding service pages. If you do not agree with the aforementioned modifications, changes, or paid content, you should stop using that service.

1.7 Recharge

1.7.1 Each product under AIWENZHE company has its own virtual currency. The recharge for each product is the corresponding virtual currency of that product, and the virtual currencies cannot be used interchangeably between products. Recharge ratio: $1:100 Golden Karma.

1.7.2 The user understands and acknowledges that AIWENZHE does not provide a platform for virtual currency transactions between users. Any virtual currency transactions between users constitute a violation of this agreement. AIWENZHE reserves the right to take appropriate measures without prior notice to ensure that it does not provide a platform for user virtual currency transactions.

1.7.3 The user understands and agrees that the recharge of virtual currency for products is not eligible for unconditional return or exchange. Once the recharge is successful, it is considered completed, and AIWENZHE will not provide any change or correction services. The user cannot request a refund based on the presence of remaining virtual currency in the account after consumption.

1.7.4 When the user recharges within the products under AIWENZHE, the user must carefully confirm their account and information. If the user incurs any loss due to their own improper operation, lack of understanding, or insufficient understanding of the recharge billing method, such as recharging to the wrong account or selecting the wrong recharge type, the user cannot request any compensation or reimbursement from AIWENZHE.

1.7.5 If the user uses the services provided by a third-party payment company for recharging, they must comply with the agreements and service rules of that third party. During the use of third-party payment services, the user should properly safeguard personal information, including but not limited to bank card numbers, passwords, verification codes, etc. The user agrees and confirms that AIWENZHE shall not be held responsible for any disputes arising from third-party payment services.

1.7.6 Users whose accounts are frozen and/or terminated due to a violation of the terms of this agreement cannot request any compensation or reimbursement from AIWENZHE.

1.7.7 If the user's recharge is falsely recorded due to a malfunction of AIWENZHE's recharge system, and AIWENZHE has restored valid data and the user provides valid legal evidence, AIWENZHE will make adjustments and remedies based on the user's recharge situation.

1.7.8 If the system recharge amount is lower than the user's actual recharge amount due to a malfunction of AIWENZHE's recharge system, AIWENZHE will compensate for the difference.

1.7.9 If the system recharge amount is higher than the user's actual recharge amount due to a malfunction of AIWENZHE's recharge system, AIWENZHE has the right to recover the difference.

1.7.10 The user understands and agrees that once a successful subscription is made using the virtual currency in the account, AIWENZHE will not provide any services for changing or correcting orders. Without AIWENZHE's consent, the virtual currency paid for subscribing to paid works cannot be refunded. The virtual currency paid for subscribing to paid works will not be refunded due to service suspension, interruption, or removal of paid works by AIWENZHE.

Third-party Products or Services When using third-party products or services provided by AIWENZHE under the company's products, you should comply with both this agreement and the user agreement of the third party. AIWENZHE and the third party shall each bear their respective responsibilities for any potential disputes within the legal provisions and agreed scope.
